Emily's clients last week were a lady lawyer and her beau, the young chief of police of Cebu City.  The husband-to-be being of a somewhat military nature, the couple chose to go with a Gotcha! cake.  This time, the groom figure bears the colors of the PNP cadet; and of course, the bride would be carrying a gavel, too.
