Emily and Dom's Wedding Cake
While we're on the subject of wedding cakes, here's a very special one: Emily's own wedding cake. Emily and I got married last May 7, so today marks our second monthsary.
Some details about the cake: it's made up of eight layers and stands five feet tall. The Chinese double-happiness symbol is a nod to our joint heritage. The plain white cover worked very well with the stage lighting and the cake seemed to be changing colors as well.
Finally, a trivia question: how many white fondant roses do you think there are? Take a guess, and bear in mind Emily made them all by hand herself.
